The 60th annual Wine Tasting Gala & Auction "Tradition and Terroir" on February 9th, 2019 was a special event for our St. Michael community to raise funds for SMS students. These funds will help us as we continue into our second century of excellence strengthened by faith. Our Fund-a-Need this year will go toward enhancing the security measures on our campus.
The evening would not have been possible without the support of our co-chairs, Stephanie Lemoine and Caryn Meissner. Thanks to each of these two women for once again saying, "Yes!" to the supporting our school through their leadership. Both of them have gifted all of us with a tremendous amount of time, organizational skills, creativity and true dedication in order to create such a special evening for our community.
Thanks to all the other committee chairs and those who have volunteered their time. It takes an army of volunteers to put together an event like this and we are very appreciative of all the wonderful St. Michael School families and church parishioners who helped the event run smoothly. We couldn't have done it without you.
This year we had an amazing line up of classroom baskets and Teacher Treat Buy-A-Spots. We want to thank all our St. Micahel room parents and families who donated and put in the effort to make the classroom basket contributions so exciting. We also want to extend our appreciation to our wonderful staff for their generous Teacher Treat donations. Your support of this event is paramount to its success.
Finally, We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated Livermore businesses, wineries and breweries that help support our cause and make the night so memorable. May the grace of our Lord reward you all for your kindness in supporting our small Catholic school.
